Garlic Chicken

My dad's version of garlic chicken. Add lots of garlic, lemon, and salt for better flavor. You can use chicken thighs which is how my dad used to prepare it for us back at the mobile home. You can chop up a single chicken breast and the recipe will still turn out okay.

Jessica's Siopao

Bibimbap

A healthy version of bibimbap made with carrots, spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and zucchini. It does not use traditional Korean vegetables. Cheap and easy to make.
