Bean Salad

This salad uses 3 types of beans and is very easy to make. You can substitute Italian dressing for red wine vinegar and olive oil. Add other types of vegetables such as broccoli or green olives if you wish.

Popcorn Chicken Macaroni Salad

This macaroni salad is the Filipino-version which is sweet compared to the original recipe. I added leftover popcorn chicken from KFC. If you are allergic to pineapple do not make this recipe.
